Who We Are | The Restaurant Tech Report
Who We Are

A restaurant growth publication written from inside the business.

The editorial lens is practical: what gets guests in, what makes them spend more, and what brings them back.

Founder story

Twenty years in the bar business.

I owned two sports bars, ran two nightclubs at the same time, managed a staff of 90, and over the years employed more than 2,000 people. That experience shapes the focus on guests, visits, menu decisions, staff habits, and repeat business.

Editorial standard

Useful ideas for real owners.

The site is built around three outcomes: more customers, higher guest spend, and more repeat visits. If an idea does not help one of those, it does not belong on the front door.
